Footpaths, richly coloured lawns, a coloured Saint André, and the illuminated city emerging from the darkness can be seen from the terraces. The fire pot flames underline the espalier trees as do lights on the flowerbeds. Saint Piat chapel and the Grand Séminaire display their blue and gold patterned gables.
