The red and white stone front of the former Bishop's palace is the festival show's backbone with baroque decorations bathing the grass with light that covers the onlookers with a type of cursive writing as on a scroll wall. The facades overlooking the gardens show out of storage paintings freed from their frames, the characters move over the walls and turn into a great animated fresco where time puts everyone on the same level. Saint Antoine kisses Lisa Vigée Lebrun and solemn Marceau meets a Chardin monkey.

Animated scene in 5-minute scrolling sequences, replayed.
